In
1986, WestWater acquired and renovated the Homeport Office Building
with its adjacent Marina.. WestWater went through an 18 year long
proces to obtain a permit to build a breakwater and to replace
the existing marina with a totally new state-of -the-art facility.
The new Kirkland Yacht Club Marina will include all new monolithic
concrete floats which can accommodate larger vessels. Construction
is currently in progress and will be finished in spring of 2006.
